Rbaee reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. We may request a copy of a national ID or passport for age verification — this is done solely to protect our members.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your rbaee account. Keep your password safe and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address.
• To update account details such as your name or date of birth, you will need to submit supporting documents through support.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be suspended.

Withdrawals may be restricted until account verification (KYC) is complete. The KYC process typically takes 24–48 hours.

Deposits & Payments

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on rbaee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the relevant conditions have been met.

• If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Rbaee is not liable for bets rejected due to network delays during live betting.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, the data from the official result provider shall be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbaee platform:

• Harassing or defrauding other members.

Rbaee makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption. However, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed — brief downtime may occasionally be necessary for technical maintenance.
